Our ticket office is situated behind HOF Cultural and Conference Centre. You will find our team and our boats by the floating pier next door at Oddeyrarbót 2, 600 Akureyri, Iceland.
PLEASE NOTE: Our tours are currently operating from the port of Akureyri, so if you already have a ticket, make sure to go directly to the boat at least 15 minutes before departure.
Opening Hours:
10:00 - 11:00
Due to ongoing construction to the floating pier by our ticket office, we are only open 1 hr. before departure, from 10:00 to 11:00. Free parking is next to our office and no parking clock is needed. How to REACH US?
BY CAR
Traveling by car provides you with freedom to stop and stretch your legs at any point while driving past the beautiful Icelandic scenery and sights along the way and flexibility in case of sudden weather changes. Driving from RVK-AEY via route 1 is about 4-5 hrs and once you reach us you can park your car right next to our office free of charge.

BY CRUISE SHIP
The cruise terminal is within 5 - 7 min. walking distance to our office and where we depart from. The floating pier where we dock our boats is just behind HOF (Culture & Information Centre) in the heart of Akureyri. We do not offer pick-up service from the cruise dock but our crew can help to arrange a taxi if needed BSO +354 461 1010

BY PLANE
Akureyri Airport is about 5-6 minutes’ drive from the city centre and our offices downtown. IcelandAir offers direct flights to and from Akureyri with the domestic airport in Reykjavík. The total duration of a one-way journey is only about 30-45 min. To reach our office you can take a walk that will take 40-45min or order a Taxi from BSO +354 461 1010
