This Wednesday started out cold, but friendly with only a little wind blowing in the fjord. We went out al the way past Hrisey to find our finned friends. We encountered 5-6 humpback whales, one minke whale, some amazing breaching northern bottle-nosed whales and even a harbour seal. Among the humpback whales, especially Roquefourt gave us extremely close looks and left us happy and also a bit humble for nature’s creations. Today we had calm seas, but there is a storm predicted for tomorrow. Hence, we have cancelled all tours for Thursday 4th of October. Safe travels everybody!
