It has been a very lucky day for the passengers of our tours today. The sun kept shining all day, the sea was absolutely flat in our beautiful fjord and just a little breeze started blowing in the afternoon. And our humpback whales gave their contribution for the perfect tours: just before reaching Hrisey Island we found seven humpback whales happily feeding all together, helping out each other in catching the small fish. the fish-finder on board showed that between 30 and 40 meters depth was plenty of tasty whale-food! We were surrounded by flukes and blows all over, and we identified some of our well known humpbacks in the group: Harley Dafinson, Jackson, Kriller and Flip Flop.
