Super calm seas, a partially clouded sky and not much wind made sailing really enjoyable on this November Friday. We sailed out as always eager to spot cetaceans and so far, November has not disappointed us! The 4 humpback whales were at their almost regular spot around the buoy and doing their favorite thing, feeding all day long. We saw about 3 species, birds and of course human beings. Next to humpbacks, 2 minke whales and two pods of harbour porpoises made their appearance. Everyone seemed to have a great time out and lovely pictures were taken. Who would have thought that November would be one of the best whale watching months of 2019…wildlife just never stops surprising us.
