Dolfinitely a delightful day! On heading out the fjord was flat and there was very little wind. We sailed for quite sometime and all the fjord was quiet until a few Harbour Porpoises popped up to greet us, they paraded around showing us their cute little forms. A while later we spotted not one but two wonderful Humpback Whales who surfaced amazingly close showing us their huge patterned flukes as they went for dives. We watched these wonderful whales called Iskona and Depill for sometime until we saw splashes in the distance, on heading over, a large pod of 15-20 White-Beaked Dolphins were found! A rarity in the fjord. They gave us an absolutely spectacular show, as they swam around and even UNDER the boat, allowing us to see their incredible stripped sides as they swam alongside us under the water!! They even had two very cute little calves with them, which began leaping out of the water along with other members of the group. A fantastic encounter and yet another wonderful day.
