Once again we decided to depart from Dalvik, and once again, that was the right call, since we found the whales very up north, nearly outside of the fjord. So despite of all the logistics, it has been a great whalewatching day! In the morning we saw one Humpback whale very close from us at the same time than a group of White-beaked dolphins. It even looked like the dolphins were disturbing the whale. In the afternoon we saw lots of dolphins on our way to the whale, and from the distance we could even see another whale breaching out of the water! It is also remarkable the amount of Atlantic Puffins that we have in the northern part of the fjord right now.

Departures today: Classic: 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00 Express: 10:00 & 16:00
