A wild day out on the fjord today, it was windy and a little choppy as we headed out but nothing to worry about. After only 5 minutes we were watching our beloved Iskona, the humpback whale. It was surfacing just beautifully and even fluking! Which she hasn´t been doing the last few days. She even at one point swam right up to the boat and went for a dive just in front of the boat which enthralled everyone on board. Never a dull moment in Akureyri.
