A fun day to be out on the water today, it was a little chilly but luckily there wasn´t too much wind. After a bit of sailing we saw our first blow, and on closer inspection turned out to be a humpback whale. After studying its dorsal and tail fluke we found this whale to be a new individual in the fjord, which was very exciting. This whale surfaced many times and came close a few times. After viewing this animal for sometime another blow was spotted in the distance and it was decided to check it out and it turned out to be our favorite humpback whale Iskona. This whale delighted us many times with some wonderful fluking before we had to start heading back.
