A fantastic day on the fjord today, the sun was shining, the fjord was flat, the mountains beautifully snow capped and there was a slight chill on the air. Which allowed us to put our nice warm overalls to good use. It really didn´t take us very long at all to find the whales today, after only about 25 mins we were watching a wonderful humpback whale. It surfaced just wonderfully many times. Allowing us a wonderful look at its beautiful white tail fluke. After seeing this whale for some time, we headed further other and found another 4 humpback whales. These whales were busy feeding and occasionally surfaced together at the same time, which was really beautiful. And continued to pop up all the way around the boat for the remainder of the tour! Always an amazing experience in Eyjafjörður.
