Yet another epic day out on the fjord. Our morning express found at least 4 humpback whales north of Hjalteyri and another three on the way back. A minke whale was also spotted cruising to the surface quickly. Our afternoon tour turned out to be whale soup with humpback whales popping up in every direction. Many close and a few further away. Fjord familiars today included “Aretha Frankfin”, “Cosmos”, “Blowormir”, “Jubilee” and “Piccolo”. “Blowormir” decided to give us a super close look at one point which wowed all of our passengers. Just amazing!!
