Today we sailed out on our 11 o’clock tour on a cold Tuesday morning. It is cold here in our fjord today but our warm overalls and hot coffee and chocolate onboard made sure we stayed warm through our the tour.

It was quite the adventure. In the beginning of the tour we sailed through a big carpet of ice and just by the time we were close to Hjalteyri we saw a Humpback whale. This humpback whale was amazing and gave us quite a lot of close encounters while feeding super calmly. The wildlife is always amazing and today was no exception. Everyone onboard got to examine this humpback whale from few meters distance and 100% on the whales term.

Perfect day like so often here in our beautiful fjord.
