A rather challenging tour, northern winds have picked up lately and we went out having quite difficult conditions to spot animals. We found 3 Humpback whales Close by the green buoy and Hjalteyri but they were all difficult to follow - going for long dives and travelling long distances. One of the whales was what we call a “lazy fluker” as he was going only for shallow dives and we didn’t get to see his tail, the other two were fluking and we’ve seen Ronja and one new whale in the fjord!
