A beautiful sunny day today! The forecast predicted lots of wind and swell but that certainly was not the case as we sailed with calm seas and only a slight breeze. We had to go very far out today to find cetaceans. Our morning tours spotted some lovely harbour porpoises but unfortunately no larger whales were spotted on this tour so complimentary tickets were given to all passengers. Our afternoon classic tour however, were delighted with a beautiful humpback whale who surfaced many times and very close to the boat at one point. so we sailed happily back in the sun.
