Another wonderful day to go out in the fjord in search for Cetaceans. Today we sailed out both on Express and Classic tours and had 100% sighting success staying in the company of Humpback whales on all our tours! This afternoon on the 13:00 tour we had simply breath taking view, 2 humpback whales travelling together and diving synchronically in front of us. They seemed to be very curious of the boat and approached us twice, getting very close to us - simply incredible! On the later tour we found another Humpback whale and a small pod of White beaked dolphins, clearly enjoying the weather, doing full body jumps and surfing on the waves. On our way back we spotted a Minke whale but he came to the surface only twice, very shortly so we left him behind and continued to sail back to Akureyri.
