A beautiful day to sail, it was warm and there was almost no wind and the fjord was completely flat, just like a mirror! Our morning and afternoon departures sailed from Dalvik as the whales have been quite far out of late. On our morning some wonderful white-beaked dolphins were spotted and we watched in delight as they popped up many times around the boat and even put on a jumping show for us. Later on in the tour we found our friend Mariner the humpback whale who thrilled us with some beautiful dives. Our afternoon tour found a humpback whale much further south and therefore we could watch it surface for sometime. Watching as it raised its beautiful fluke into the air as it went for longer dives. Our evening departure left from Akureyri and found a lovely humpback whale, which all of our passengers enjoyed watching. Yet another delightful day in Eyjafjörður!
