Waletastic day today in Eyjafjörður! Today it was a day filled with seabirds and whales for sure. And that is because in all of the tours we could enjoy the presence of two amazing Humpback whales, just before Svalbarðseyri. They must have known for sure it is Friday, because they were jus chilling on the surface, swimming shallowly super close to the boat, but also showing us their splendid fluke. We enjoyed may different types of weather since in the morning we had the sun shying in a mirrorlike fjord, but for the second tour it changed with the sun going away behind the clouds ending up with a snowy but super fun last tour. and for the cherry on top you could see the Northern gannets brilliantly plunge down to catch fish even from the harbour!!!
