We sailed out with chilly conditions but the water has calmed down and staying out in the cold was definitely worth it, what a great day in the fjord. The humpback whales have moved further south and we have seen at least four humpback whales around Grenivík. During the morning tour they were feeding, but in the afternoon they were having a bit of a siesta it seemed. We observed three humpback whales that seemed to be floating just below the surface coming up once in a while for a breath. One of the whales kept surfacing very close to the boat giving us great views.
