Good afternoon! Today, we sailed out in a mostly sunny and windy fjord. But overall, we had good conditions.
During our tours today, we spotted one Minke Whale by Svalbarðseyri as well as Harbour Porpoises along the way. South of Hrísey, we encountered one Humpback Whale and as we sailed further out, we spotted another Humpback Whale east of the island!
We got to see these very well and had beautiful encounters! The Humpbacks even came up close to our boats and we got to hear their breath!
Our Classic Tour also briefly encountered White-Beaked Dolphins in Eyjafjörður today!
What a beautiful day. We are already looking forward to our tours tomorrow!
