It was a bit windy during our morning tour today, but the weather conditions were very calm and sunny in the afternoon.
South of Grenivík we spotted a blow today! This blow belonged to a Humpback Whale! We were thrilled to spot this whale and see it several times around our boat as it resurfaced after short dives.
We could identify this Humpback Whale as the same individual, which we already saw here in the fjord during the month of March. What a pleasure to spot it again!
It is always great to encounter and recognize our Humpbacks in Eyjafjörður and we had super nice and close encounters today!
