It was a pleasure to be out at sea today, with little to no wind, hundreds of feeding terns, fulmars and gulls and these dark dynamic skies but with gaps so that the sun could shine down on the vivid green farmlands, made that much greener thanks to the previous rain. The humpback whales were also incredible. We saw at least 6 individuals in the fjord and they were resting, feeding, socialising with each other and we were just spoilt with close encounters and stunning flukes. It was definitely a perfect day to out on the boat.
