A delightful day, with lots of whales at play. With frost on the ground and a chill in the air we set sail out on the fjord. We were greeted with some wonderful bird life including black-legged kittiwake, eider duck and cormorant, to name but a few. The charming harbour porpoises also delighted us throughout the day as they leaped out of the mirror flat fjord. The stars of the trips today were undoubtedly the humpback whales. All our tours today got to see three wonderful whales. Aretha Frankfin, Iskona and the newly named Mini Me. All whales surfaced exceptionally well and many times allowing us a spectacular view of their bodies and wonderful tails as they went for dives. A chilly but awesome day out on the fjord.

Departures today: Classic: 09:00 & 13:00, Express 14:00
