Snow is falling all around me, whales are playing, having fun, it´s the season for a winter wonderland! The whales were a little tricky to find today due to the ongoing blizzard, however, we found our Icewoman humpback whale “Iskona”, who delighted us for the rest of the tour. She was swimming alongside our boat for the longest time, just under the waters surface, so we could make out her beautiful form, with its large body and long pectoral fins. She came up occasionally to take a breath before submerging once again. Yet another delightful day on the fjord.
