A beautiful day to sail the fjord today, for once it wasn´t snowing so we could see the beautiful landscape just wonderfully. It was however, a little chilly, but that meant we could put our nice warm overalls to good use. We saw a lot of bird life today including cormorant, eider duck, long tailed duck, common guillemot and Icelandic gull, as well as others. We were of course blessed with some amazing encounters with our lovely Iskona the humpback whale, who wowed our passengers with some extremely close surfacings as she fed on fish just under the surface. As always a delight to sail in the company of our wonderful whale friend.
