A beautiful winter tour! We couldn’t wish for better conditions, flat seas, clear sky and a very curious and active Humpback whale just outside Hjalteyri! Today we’ve got to experience the real Icelandic winter as again we had freezingly cold temperatures outside, but as the sun was breaking through the clouds, beautiful light was highlighting stunning landscape of Eyafjordur under snow. The whale was very relaxed and feeding during the whole tour. It was the same whale we’ve seen two days ago, one of the new ones. Hopefully we’ll be lucky to find him again tomorrow!
