Whale, whale whale, what a wonderful day out on the fjord. Our morning express tour found many, many, harbour porpoises popping up throughout the whole tour, as well as 5 wonderful humpback whales, just north of Hjalteyri. Some of which were identified as “Max”, “Piccolo” & “White Chocolate Chip” due to the white fluke and the chip in its tail. In our afternoon classic tour we again found plenty of harbour porpoises and at least 5 humpback whales including “Jubilee”, “Piccolo” and “Blowormir”. Yet another magical day in Eyjafjörður!
