A lovely day to sail the fjord today, it was cloudy but calm and we got to enjoy a lot of bird life out on the fjord today including northern fulmar, arctic tern, black-legged kittiwake, common guillemot, razor bills and even a few great northern divers, which are usually a rarity here so its always special to see something rather unusual. On all tours we saw a wonderful humpback whale, now called bobble due to the bobble like scaring it has on its tail. This whale surfaced just wonderfully many times and even gave us a few wonderful close encounters too! A few harbour porpoises were also seen throughout the day. Just marvelous!
