Finally after few stormy days we sailed out and the weather was just beautiful. Sunny sky above Akureyri filled us with high hopes and great morals and everyone on board was very involved in search! The sea turned out to be not so calm tho and we were sailing on 1.6m high waves with the wind picking up - not easy conditions to spot wildlife. We came across lots of birdlife, Northern Fulmars were keeping us company all the way but no whales were spotted. We came back to Akureyri giving out complimentary tickets to everyone and inviting to join us again.
