Beautiful weather and another day of dream sea conditions to sail out in the fjord. Today we didn’t spot any whales but we’re seeing more and more birdlife in the fjord including Northern Gannets! These birds are the biggest diving birds in Iceland and can reach the speed of 100km/h when diving, very spectacular to see. It’s a pure pleasure to sail out in the fjord in good weather but as we didn’t spot any whales we gave out complimentary tickets to everyone.
