Another cloudy day in Akureyri but with a sea that was like a mirror when we sailed out. In the morning the Classic tour encountered our friend Antra the Minke whale just East Hjalteyri and it must have been in a great mood because while feeding what a show once it took half of the body out of the water! And we also enjoyed the company of the cutest baby Guillemots just all around us during the whole day. On the rib tour, we went north Hrisey where we found a huge Humpback whale behaving very friendly and approaching the rib very close few times. And on the last tour of the day, we were also able to see this immense Humpie just coming close and close to the boat with the addition of two other Humpback whales a bit far from us but everyone was able to see their magnificent blows! What a whaletastic day we had in our lovely Eyjafjörður.
