Today we had similar weather to the previous days, flat conditions with no wind.

Our encounters were also similar to previous days, sailing to Hjaltery where we saw many Humpback Whales, approximately 12. At one point we counted 11 all at the surface at the same time in our immediate vicinity. We saw the same whales from previous days with the addition of a few new ones. On our morning tour we also encountered a Minke Whale, very far south near Svalbadseyri, and we saw several breaching whales right on the horizon as we were approaching the area.
