Today was for sure a cloudy day with very low hanging clouds. Visibility increased further north. It was very calm without any wind, only further north there was a light breeze.
We encountered quite a few Harbour Porpoises on the way out. And then close to Grenivik, a Humpback pops up right in front of us. We stayed with this fella for some dives and then moved just 3 minutes away east of Hrisey where we encountered 2 more Humpback Whales. One of them even circled our boat before he went down. We could see a whole lot of whale with this clean water.
Stoked to have seen 3 Humpback Whales in total, even this later in the year. This shows us well, that quite a number of these guys stay here over winter.
