Another cold, but beautiful day in Eyjafjörður with calm weather!
And another day, on which we spotted one Humpback Whale just after leaving the harbor of Akureyri.
We got to watch the same Humpback Whale, that we saw in the last few days, just north of our harbor, calmly resurfacing right by the hot waterfall! The deep dives were quite short, so the Humpback resurfaced very frequently and we got to see it a number of times close to us.
We sailed out further and on our way back to Akureyri, we found the same Humpback Whale once again and got to enjoy more great encounters with it!
