Freezing temperature this morning with thermometers showing -20 degrees in Akureyri! Definitely not the most dreamy scenario to start the day from but very awaking! Today we sailed out under beautiful, clear blue sky, having a little bit of southern wind pushing us north on a way out and picked up on the way back. We reached south-west of Hrisey when we spotted a pod of HARBOUR PORPOISES! Quite an incredible encounter as the pod was very active and staying long at the surface. Sadly we did not find whales today, we sailed back in a beautiful weather and everyone got complimentary tickets to join us again for free.
