We started out with low clouds again today, but the clouds lifted throughout our first tour and we had great conditions for sailing and whale watching all day long . On our morning RIB tour, we spotted a Humpback Whale in the area of Hjalteyri. We had few incredible encounters when the whale popped up right next to us. In the afternoon, the sun was shinning and we were able to spot the Humpback Whale again around Hjalteyri but more on the west coast of the Fjord. The whale was active and feeding and diving for a long time. We lost him out of the sight and were not able to find him again. Knowing that he was in the area and we were not able to have a good encounter so everyone could se him, we decided to give everyone complimentary tickets to join us again.
