Hello everyone! Today we had an incredible day in the fjord, with 3 different species of cetaceans and perfect weather conditions. In the morning tours we have spotted one Humpback whale north of Svalbarðseyri, it was behaving very friendly as it came very close to the boat many times, as we were sailing south with the humpy another Humpback whale came up and both whales stayed together for a while. Then we saw a very hungry Minke whale that took all of our attention as it was feeding very close to the surface allowing us to see most of its belly. In the afternoon, just outside the harbour we spotted a Minke whale, but we've got a message from one of our captains that there was a whale inside the harbour, so we left the minke and headed back to the harbour area…and there it was! a Humpback whale super close of the shore, we stayed for a while with it and because we wanted to look for more wildlife we sailed out until we saw 2 harbour porpoises, one of them a tiny baby, so cute! On the way back we were lucky enough to spot again the Humpback whale that just decided to abandon the harbour area. What a nice day!
