Hello everyone!

We continue to have very good trips in Eyafjordur. No wind and sunny sky made the perfect conditions for sailing and searching for some whales. We spotted a Humpback whale just north Hjalteyri. In the morning it was very easy to follow as there was plenty of food for her around us, so thanks to that the whale was coming back to the surface very close to our boat most of the time. In the afternoon we went to the same area and we found the same “humpy” giving us very good encounters. Seabirds are leaving the fjord so lately we don’t see many but northern fulmars and black guillemots mainly.
