Hey guys and welcome,

Starting off the day with absolutely no wind and perfect sailing conditions. We have been very successful with all our tours today spotting 2 Humpback whales, going for absolutely beautiful dives and showing their flukes. Our rib boats also encountered a Minke Whale on their way back to the harbour, and this guy was pretty close to Akureyri. This was actually the first time in a while that we have seen a Minke. They tend to hang around in the same area for multiple days or even weeks, so we´re looking forward to seeing this one more times in the near future. As on most of our tours, we also spotted some harbour porpoises on our way out and back in.

In general conditions were really good and the sun was shining, so everyone really enjoyed the day.
