Hello everyone!

What a windy day in Eyafjordur today! but sunny as well and with very good sightings. After the town of Hjalteyri we spotted up to 3 different Humpback whales, so fluke after fluke everyone was able to see the whales perfectly. Many times the whales came very close to us making our day perfect and also more blows in the distance that gave us the idea of how good already september is being for whale watching in the fjord.

On our second Express tour we were able to see even more Humpback whales, at least 7 and Common dolphins which despite the name are most definitely not a common species for us within the fjord so we were very excited to see them jumping and playing among the waves.

We look forward to coming back and enjoy the whales in our beautiful fjord. So see you out there everyone!
