Cloudy; a light touch of rain; tranquil calm seas; minimal wind.

In the morning we encountered a Minke Whale and 2 Humpback Whales swimming towards Vikurskarð. The 2 Humpbacks were slowly traveling together North and not showing the fluke very often. On the return journey we encountered a surprise Humpback that we saw pec slapping and rolling in the water.

The afternoon was pretty different to this with one whale swimming South, which was then found surface feeding in Pollurinn at the end of the tour and a second Humpback, also around Vikurskarð breaching, pec slapping and tail lobbing.
