On today’s glassy and sunny morning, we had indeed the perfect conditions for spotting everything!

Starting off with some resting Harbor Porpoises on the surface that captivated everyone with their cuteness. But, we wanted to find something bigger. Therefore, we kept sailing north. To our surprise, we didn’t have to go far, because between the green buoy and Hjalteyri, we found a big blow. Soon to realise, it was not one but three Humpback Whales calmly swimming around. Sometimes close sometimes far but the perfect day indeed. But that was not it because also closer to shore we could see in the distance a Minke Whale as well. So we left the Humpbacks to take a closer look at the Minke Whale swimming towards Hjalteyri.
