What a great day! We had good weather conditions, a bit of wind during the day but mostly calm and sunny weather!
Today, we spotted Harbor Porpoises as we sailed out and two different Minke Whales! One of the Minkes was encountered north of the green buoy, the second Minke Whale was seen west of Hrísey.
And we were in for a surprise on our morning tour: we had watched the Minke Whale for a few surfacing sequences when it suddenly came up lunge feeding close to us! Such an amazing highlight of the day and we saw it super well!
We are looking forward to our next tours already.
