Windless and partly cloudy this morning. Throughout the day, the wind picked up, creating some waves in the fjord.

Just like yesterday, Harbour Porpoises were hanging out between Gásir and Green Buoy. Easy to spot them with the help of opportunistic birds looking for an easy catch. As usually, porpoises are not so keen on being watched so after a few minutes we continued with our journey.
During the afternoon tour, we were lucky enough to also spot one Minke Whale west of Hrísey and had some nice and close encounters with this individual, even hearing the breaths when it resurfaced! It is great to know they started arriving back in the fjord after the winter!
