The overcast weather and wind coming from the North didn't stop us from going out today. The sea conditions were still quite nice and let us sail swiftly to Hjalteyri. A bit of a long way to go but definitely worth it as once there we didn't have to go much further before we encountered "Guillemot", the newest addition to our humpback whales research catalogue. The animal has been feeding in the fjord for two days and is already a famous whale. It was very nice to see him come to the surface close to the boat before raising its fluke high up above the water for another dive, and doing so several time.
