Flat sea in Eyjafjörður today with just a fresh breeze which remained us that we are still in the north of Iceland. The reflection of the clouds in the water surface made very easy to spot the humpback whales, even from the distance. We sailed after Hjalteyri where we were basically waiting for the animals to come up at the surface to breath. We barely had to move the boat to approach the animals; in fact the whales were the ones coming closer to us. Great closer look to the flukes before going for a dive and to the blowholes while breathing from these amazing animals that always make our days.
