Fintastic day out of the fjord, was yet another day of whale soup. The morning express found two minke whales, some wonderful little harbour porpoises and plenty of humpback whales out in the fjord. The afternoon classic found a humpback whale party south of Hrisey, with whales popping up here there and everywhere, including “Aretha Frankfin”, “Van Gogh” and “Fish & Ships”. It was a bit rainy but the whales sure made up for the weather, with some wonderful close encounters and even a tail lob! What a wonderful day!
