What a day! Today it felt like all seasons have been in the fjord in one day. This morning we went out on two tours and enjoyed a windless and sunny fjord - perfect conditions to spot animals! We found 2 Minke whales, 2 Humpback whales and a pod of white beaked dolphins! That was clearly not enough as on the way back we also passed by groups of harbour porpoises! In the afternoon we went out at 17:00 and the weather has changed a lot. It was rainy and windy and we could see it’s snowing in the mountains. The wind was picking up and we were getting a lot of splashes from the ocean. We found same 2 Humpback whales close by Hrisey, but we cancelled the evening tour.
