Well hello there! Today was the sunniest day here in Edjafjördur, but not only that, it was also the perfect spotting day with a mirror-like sea surface. During the whole day, we had Harbour porpoises popping every now and then and just next to Hjalteyri BAM! 2 of our favourite Minke whales because not as sneaky as always. We kept sailing further out for a bit to NE of Hrísey island where we found ourselves with also 2 Humpback whales! One of them feeding all around the boat and leaving us with our jaws dropped seeing a full extended lower jaw full of food! The whale waiting was 100% worth it after this!!
