Whale hello there! Another stunning day here in Eyjafjörður. The weather was cold, but sunny with a bit of wind.
Today, we were lucky enough to spot two Humpback Whales on our tour. We saw them south of Hjalteyri and were able to watch them as they calmly stayed in the same area, resurfacing over and over again. These whales were definitely curious and came to check out our boat. Once they came up for a breath right behind our boat, only meters away from us! This was unforgettable and nothing can compare to seeing these wonderful Humpback Whales up close like that!
We cannot wait to be back on the water to try and see what we can spot in Eyjafjörður tomorrow!
