Whale hello there!
We sailed of on a mirror like Eyjafjörður. It was a partly sunny day which in the end its always better for spotting. And it was indeed an interesting day because in-between Svalbarðseyri and Hjalteyri we found as our rib captain says a WHALE soup! Since we ended up wit a total of the count of the day we ended up with 3 Minke Whales, 6 Humpback Whales and a couple of Harbour Porpoises.

I was very interesting because we always has a whale to put our eyes in to the Humpback whales were slowly surfacing in both sides of the boat, some times at the same time some times apart but when they were deep diving the minkes were coming to the surface so everyone saw at least 4 whales.

And cherry on top was when we were going back to the harbour, because we had the chance to see the amazing northern Gannet Plunge diving, which in my oppinion is an amazing thing to see!!
