Today was another lovely sunny day here in Eyjafjördur. Great conditions with little wind. We encountered 2 Minke Whales just around the corner from the harbour, feeding all day. And 2 more Minke whales a little farther away. All of them came shooting up right next to our boats and even in between boats. Therefore we got some exciting views of their bellies and flippers. The Minky Whales have been very active but by simply cruising around to not put too much pressure on those animals, we spottet a few Harbour Porpoises as well. Lots of birdlife surrounded our boats too.
